If an order from Davenora does not work out, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

You can request a return within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Condition for change-of-mind returns
If you changed your mind, the item must be unused, not set up or used outdoors, and returned in its original box with all parts and accessories included.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email support@davenora.shop with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will help you with a return or replacement.
How to start a return
- Email support@davenora.shop with your order number and the item you want to return. Please contact us before sending anything back.
- We email you a free prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item and drop it off with the carrier.
Return costs
- Return shipping is free; we send you the label.
- There is no restocking fee.
- For change-of-mind returns, the original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded.

This address only receives returns sent with our label. It is not a store or warehouse, and orders do not ship from it.
Refunds
We issue your refund within 5–7 business days after our returns warehouse receives the item, to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may then take a further 3–10 business days to post it to your account. We email you when the refund is issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color depend on what is in stock. Email us and we will check.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after they are successfully placed. See our Shipping Policy.
