Where do you deliver?
To the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the US. P.O. Boxes are fine; those orders go by USPS.
How much is shipping?
$7.95 on orders under $60. Free on orders of $60 or more, based on your total after discounts.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 3–5 business days and transit takes 8–12 business days, so 11–17 business days in total. Orders placed by 6:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday, start processing that day.
Will I pay import fees?
No. Import duties are included in our prices.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 24 hours after your order is placed. Email support@davenora.shop with your order number.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order. Email us first and we send a free return label. There is no restocking fee. For change-of-mind returns the item must be unused, not used outdoors and in its original box with all parts, and the original $7.95 shipping is not refunded. Full details: Refund Policy.
When will I get my refund?
We issue it within 5–7 business days after our returns warehouse receives the item. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to post it.

Email support@davenora.shop first. Approved returns go to 8220 NE Walker Rd, Hillsboro, OR 97124, USA, an address that only receives returns.
